Nepean Music exercises the right to decline orders resulted from errors and mistakes.Of course we will try our hardest to avoid such mishaps.

Shipping

All string orders and accessories will be shipped using Australia Post.  Other items including Bass guitars and amplification equipment will be shipped using our courier service providers. Deliveries to major capital cities are usually within 2 business days, regional areas and WA deliveries are usually within 5 working days. Nepean Music Centre is located at 4/1 Morningto-Tyabb Road Mornington Victoria, Australia. We ship daily at 2pm (Monday to Friday) excluding Victorian public holidays. Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates only.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays that are outside of our control. Most deliveries of items that we have in stock occur within 7 days with most East Coast capital city deliveries taking 2 days. We shall give you the most accurate information in relation to delivery times that we are able to.

Special Orders, Custom Orders and non stock items that are ordered from Overseas have an estimated delivery date. We will not be held responsible if these dates are not met by our suppliers and a failure to deliver goods by a particular date will not be accepted as a reason for an order cancellation unless agreed to by Nepean Music Centre.

Refund Policy
You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit you have purchased are:
1. Faulty
2. Significantly different to those shown or described to you or
3. Not doing what they are supposed to do

No returns will be accepted unless we are contacted first.

Requests for returns will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods unless you have a warrantee claim. Returner is to pay all freight costs associated with return. Credits and Refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.

When you buy you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Lay-by
Lay-by is available on products that Nepean Music stocks, with the exception of print music, software and some Sale items.
Lay-by is not available on purchases from www.nepeanmusic.com.au

Conditions:

  • The lay-by will be registered upon the receipt of 20% of the purchase price
  • The lay-by is of three (3) monthly duration with the balance payable in at least monthly installments. Lay-by will be cancelled if not completed by the due date. Customers will be notified if payment terms are not met
  • All transactions must be signed by the customer and the sales person at the bottom of the receipt
  • Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit cards and EPTPOS at the store or by direct deposit

Our Best Price Guarantee
If you find a current advertised price that is lower than our price for any of our stocked items, present us with a copy of the advertisement and we will match the price.*

* This guarantee only applies when comparing identical products offered to the general public in the same condition and produced by the same manufacturer. This guarantee is subject to verification, and does not apply to:
1. Other sellers’ internet or online prices
2. Where the product has been discounted because it is second-hand, floor stock, end of line, ex demo or similar, or part of a fire, liquidation or warehouse sale, stock clearance , limited stock or bulk buy discount promotion, or a promotion involving a third party
3. Offers where the price is part of a financing, cash back, free or bonus type offer, or available for less than one week
4. Prices that are the result of an error

Complaints

. When you make a complaint please provide the following:

  • the circumstances leading to the complaint;
  • what you would like the outcome of the complaint to be;
  • the store and, if possible, the staff member(s) involved;
  • the time that the complaint arose;
  • what, if anything, has done to resolve the complaint to date; and
  • your contact details including telephone number and a mailing or e-mail address.

Nepean Music Centre, is committed to adopting the highest standards to safeguard customers' personal information.

Orders and Confirmation
Orders may be placed by telephone or online at www.allansmusic.com.au. Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of Nepean Music Centre. Orders are not accepted by Nepean Music Centre until we provide you with an email confirmation of your order.

In order for Nepean Music Centre to provide our Customers with prompt service; we request that you provide us with your correct contact details at all times when placing orders, or when contacting Nepean Music Centre Online and Nepean Music Centre Stores. 

Prices and Payment
The prices and products advertised on this site are for sales from this website only. Prices and product availability may vary between Nepean Music Centre retail stores and this website due to our different customer offers.
Unless otherwise specified, the prices shown on this website include GST but do not include tuning, delivery and transit insurance. The delivery price for goods and the applicable insurance surcharge for the goods in transit will be shown separately at the checkout before orders are placed. In some cases where delivery to your area is not a part of Nepean Music's standard delivery zones, the freight value will be displayed as “TBA”. In these instances you will be contacted by an Nepean Music Centre representative within two (2) working days, providing you with a freight quotation. Until this quotation is agreed by you, you are under no obligation to continue with your order, and a full refund for any monies already paid for the ordered product will be given if you do not wish to continue with your order. Orders can only be accepted where an Australian address is given for delivery. Except for print orders which we are able to fit in an available letter or PO box, we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address. 

Unless you are paying for your order under an available payment plan, full payment for all orders, including orders for Products that Nepean Music Centre needs to order from suppliers must be made at the time the order is placed. 

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, Diners Club, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. Additional processing time is required for Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. 

Availability and Delivery
Products are generally in stock and available to ship to the customer within days of receipt of order and payment:

Please note that certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers and delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers. This may, on occasions include products that are currently ranged as part of Nepean Music's core store offer, where current stocks are exhausted. 

Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers in a timely way and, for orders of print which will not be available to ship within days we will contact you following receipt of your order and provide you with an estimated delivery time. Nepean Music recommends that you contact our online sales team on 0359 75 0293 before placing your order to ensure that you clearly understand the likely delivery time for your order. Please note, however, that because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where we have provided an estimate. 

Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request. 

Please note that certain products may not be available where existing stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from Nepean Music. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order we will notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of the non-availability and will refund your purchase price in full. 

Warranties
All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Please call 0359 75 0293 for further details. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Nepean Music provides no separate warranty.
